Introduction to GIS for Housing

March 10th and 11th for the First Nations Technical Services Advisory Group we delivered a two day introduction to GIS for housing. The course covered the basics of data collection using GeoODK and LOUIS Layers and then some basic analytical techniques using desktop GIS. The course participants were keen to learn and asked some really good questions. We hope to offer an extended followup course next year.
