GeoODK Collect Support Added to LOUIS Toolkit

We are happy to announce support for the GeoODK Collect Android app in the LOUIS Toolkit for recording site visits or running monitoring programs. Users of LOUIS Heritage can now optionally enable mobile support for individual projects. When a project has mobile support enabled the system automatically creates a project specific form that matches the projects enabled basic and user defined custom fields. The project form can be downloaded by authenticated project contributors to point, line and area features and their matching attributes. Using GeoODK Collect project contributors can record data without an internet connection and then later upload their records directly into LOUIS Heritage when they do have a network connection.
